360 cid gasser 3/4 ton

My boss has a 2001 quad cab gasser thats been a pain. Cold damp snow or rain storms it does not want to start. Stuff replaced: coil, spark plugs and wires, distrib cap, camshaft sensor, crankshaft censor. It throws a code that is fuel related. As if was not getting enough fuel at start. We took it on a trip to Indiana to pick up a new truck and it would misfire/slightly sputter at interstate speeds in OD. Drove the truck in 3 the rest of the way back. Could this be something in the wiring harness back behind the distributer? Bad wires/shorted coming from the fuel pump? It drives us crazy! It seems a guarantee when its been damp and rainy that it won't start for us. Get this-take it to a shop with damp conditions and it starts for them. I could go on but any ideas? You could imagine what this was like trying to do snow removal this year in WI.
