Magnaflow exhaust

I purchased a magnaflow exhaust kit for my H3 and there is less sound coming out of it now then the stock system

. I called magnaflow and they do nothing to guarentee customer satisfaction . except warranty the parts

. what im wondering is if anyone has purchased any of their kits and noticed any sound diff or what they did to make it louder. I wouldnt have wasted my time n money if i knew it would have no sound. kit is designed nicely just no sound
