2001 Jeep Cherokee question

Any Jeep techs in the crowd? My GF's car has developed the nasty habit of filling up with water on the passenger side when it rains. From what I can tell it is running down the inside of the firewall. I'm wondering if there's any known, common problems that I could investigate and save myself the trouble of ripping the whole car apart to find the leak. Thanks for any help.
