Need Help with Toyota 4runner question???

A friend is trying to do front wheel bearings on Toyota 4runner 2 wheel drive and can't see what holds the hub , no bearing cap, nut & cotter pin etc. any body with knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Joe
