Look at this transmission with Kodak technical support. I am talking on the phone - 3rd person - phone dialogue is just about the same useless waste of time.

Me (11:05:04 AM): Two weeks ago I called about my failed 'under warranty' ESP3 printer. It was determined that a replacement would be needed. My CC # was given to secure the return of the failed ESP3. It has been almost 2 weeks. No printer. I want to track the printer or learn of the disposition of the replacement. I am at work and do not have access to the email account james.h.bennett@cox.net. Surely, Kodak has tools to locate this information. I also am sure I registered the product when purchased.
