Question Ford excursion 7.3

I am seriously considering trading in my jeep for an excursion. I have found 2 locally on line. The first one I found has over 150,000 miles on it. According to the carfax it is a CANADA car. It is a 2000 model year. for most of its life it has been a DOT vehicle. It has moved from Idaho and then into WA state. In 2006 it was sold at auction and had 118,000 miles on it. Last month it was sold at auction again and listed as a reposession. Now it is sitting at a dealer and waiting for sale. It is listed for 15K . Is this too much for this high of mileage? Should I run away? The second one I found is a 2002 with a seriuos lift kit and huge tires. It has about 62,000 miles on it and they want25K for it. This one does seem nicer. They are both Limited Edition models. The second one has DVD player in dash. Both headrests have screens in the back. And who knows what else. It doesn't even book out above 18K. But with all the extras on it I don't know. If you guys had a choice which one would you choose and why? I am leaning towards the 2002. I just hope it doesn't cost me too much to have it put back to normal height. I do believe I was told that the 2002 has an EDGE chip installed.
