I have a plan. Guess who I am.

How many times was Kerry going to say "I have a plan" tonight?

I don't know who won but President Bush sure had Kerry against the ropes a few times tonight and all Kerry kept saying is "I have a plan".
Personally, I'm glad the Iraq subject was kept to a minimum and we got to hear firsthand some of the other issues the candidates stand for.
