A Poll on who can read and think
This is a poll of sorts to see how many here can read and think
First the read:
http://www.democracynow.org/article....4/10/13/144220
Now the think:
The info seems well documented and it's printed in a left wing publication, that's respected for it's journalistic professionalism if not for their political posture. I figured you probably wouldn't hear about it on FAUX News or hear Rush or Sean H talk about it. However true it is, it seems to fit the puzzle a lot better than the BS about freedom, democracy, terrorism.
Just a side note about Bush and Iraq. A friend called me the other day, and he recalled how at a lunch table of 8, I was the only one against invading Iraq way back when. He said the only thing he remembered about that day was me pointing out that by invading Iraq, the US will only teach the world one thing..."if you don't have nuclear weapons, you better get them, because it's the only thing that might keep the U.S. from invading you next.". He thought that was pretty interesting in light of Iran and N. Korea.
I've always thought we ought to work to change the government of Iraq, ( Afgan. doesn't even deserve a comment here ), I just thought the CIA, NSA, and all the others could be alot more creative than someone marching armies through foreign countries. Other nations don't get quite so worked up that way.
