Bible Reading
I am posting this in the Political Forum, cause I was taught that discussing religion, politics, etc. could create discussion that is full of acrimony and tension
So I pose 2 questions:
1. If a person does not read the Bible, does not go to an organized church, etc. but does live a life according to the teachings in the Bible (for sake of discussion they just do the right things and avoid the wrong things) are they entitled to a place in Heaven?
2. Are they more or less entitled to a place in Heaven versus a person who reads the bible regularly, goes to an organized church, but the other person does not practice what the Bible says, and shall we say attends church for other reasons than learning about what is in the Bible, i.e. business is better by being seen in church, more opportunities presented, looks better in their community, etc.
Thanks in advance for your insight!
