Anyone watch "Nightline" w filmaker Cyrus Karr

Filmaker Cyrus karr (spelling?) was arrested and held in confinement in Iraq.
I watched both episodes, the thing that struck me the most was that he would not continually look Ted Koppel in the eye, his eyes were always drifting right.
Not really focusing on anything to the right, just re-directing his eyes.
Iranian born imigrant, house in CA filmed to show pro-American pictures/flags, travels to document historical sights in a country undergoing a war, gets picked up riding in a taxi with bomb making parts, incarcerated for days, when questioned he believes the arrest was warranted do to security concerns (bomb parts), even agrees that a full investigation was warranted before releasing him, yet continues to make the circuit of news programs.
Sheep in wolfs clothing or guy who picked the wrong taxi?
