The Demographics of Europe are scary

I was playing around with the CIA fact book site the other day, noting the interesting variety of way to compare countries.

Then I read this Mark Steyn Column:http://www.theaustralian.news.com.au/common/story_page/0,5744,18159605%255E7583,00.html

So I went back to the CIA site to look at thing like birth rates, fertility rates, etc. Fertility rate is interesting; it tells you how many births per woman a country has, on average. Most "experts" consider 2 births per woman to be the point of "sustenance"-- your population is nothing growing nor shrinking. Some interesting rates:

US:2.08 births/woman
UK:1.66 births/woman
France: 1.85 births/woman
Italy:1.28 births/woman
Germany 1.39 births/woman
Russia: 1.27 births/woman

Note how the majority of the "1st tier" nations have a fertility rate either just at or below the sustaining point? Now, births alone don't explain the changes in a nation's population (which is affected my emigration/immigration), but here's the corresponding population changes:

US: +.92%
UK: +.28%
France: +.37%
Italy: +.07%
Germany: 0 %
Russia:-.37%

How does this compare to some other countries? Let's look back at fertility rate:

Mexico: 2.45 births/woman
Saudi Arabia:4.05
Egypt:2.88
Iran:1.82
Iraq:4.28
Bahrain:2.63
Kuwait: 2.97
Qatar:2.87
Yemen:6.67(!)
Gaza Strip:5.91
Oman 5.84
Afghanistan:6.75

The population change for the above countries?

Mexico: 1.17%
Saudi Arabia:2.31%
Egypt: 1.78%
Iran:0.86%
Iraq: 2.7%
Bahrain: 1.51%
Kuwait: 3.44%
Qatar: 2.61%
Yemen: 3.45%
Gaza Strip:3.77%
Oman:3.32%
Afghanistan:4.77%

So we can see that some Muslim countries are experiencing population growth at rates up to almost 3 times higher than some Western countries. This, in spite of the fact that many of these countries are NOT oil-rich, and therefore have relatively high infant mortality rates from lower quality healthcare. In fact, the US ranks #184 out of 226 for infant mortality (1 being most deaths, 226 being least, which is Singapore). Compared to the US rate of 6.5 (deaths per 1000 live births), we see that an oil-rich country like UAE has a rate of 14.51 while an oil-poor Muslim country like Sudan has a rate of 62.5. http://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook/fields/2091.html

So what do the demographics tell us?? They tell us that White Europe is dying off. With birth rates low enough to cause serious population decline, Europe manages to decline slowly or not at all. This is because of Muslim immigration.

Muslim nations have much higher birth rates, yet little population growth. This suggests either 1) very high infant mortality, or 2) people are leaving the muslim countries. Money is all but eliminating the former, but not the latter because as foreign capital pours in, it creates desirable jobs that few Muslims have the skill, education, or qualification to fill. Thus, they are forced to emigrate in oder to try to find a more "middle class" job that doesn't exist in their homeland, which essentially has NO middle class. Thus, the massive migration to Europe.

The solidarity with Denmark that many are showing is admirable. But economic forces will dictate that people will be more likely to side with the 20 millions Muslims in Europe over the 5 million Danes. After all, if you have 4 Muslim customers for every Danish customer, whom would YOU appease???
