First Amendment rights?

Do High School Seniors have First Amendment rights? Can they be barred from mentioning God during graduation? One judge thought so. The response will not be seen, heard or read about in the MSM. I first read the story in Newsmax, but knowing that Lon will immediately proclaim it means nothing because it is from NewsMax I googled the incident and Here are the results
