I believe America needs to start getting positive on getting immigration going. The problem is in less than 20 years we have a potential problem with a large group of people set set retire. How will the working generation pay for this load to keep Grandpa and grandma feed? We need more workers and more jobs.

The second issue is we can either send the jobs to other countries where they have the labor or bring the labor here.

The clear solution is to increase immigration. It needs to be done at the speed of business. Give foreign workers a way to come to America, work and pay taxes. Don't create a amnesty program, require that they leave and file for proper paper work.

Punish employers of illegal immigrants. Don't punish the worker as they have little or nothing to lose. I think that people that want to move to another country and start a new life need the goverment to be helpful or willing to allow them ways to get started.

Remember that creating additional jobs we create a way to start paying for the billions of dollars spend in Iraq and social security. Close the borders down and hide in fear and everyone loses. China is real problem coming. With over a billion people and the emerging deep water navy we will soon be facing the ability of China to enforce their policies world wide.
