Hillary Clinton’s 2008 Presidential Bid May Be Derailed
Everyone is watching Hillary Clinton awaiting her announcement for President for 2008. Books are being written by political pundits John Podhoretz and Dick Morris telling us that Hillary must be stopped NOW, before it is too late, or she will win the White House in 2008. The final conclusion seems that for TODAY, no one can beat Hillary Clinton.

Nobody except the United State Justice Foundation’s (USJF) client Peter Paul—the man credited with causing the indictment and trial of Hillary’s finance director, David Rosen, for election fraud in 2005. Paul’s FEC complaint forced the admission by Hillary’s top campaign official that he filed false FEC reports to hide more than $721,000 in contributions from Paul, her largest contributor. Paul and USJF have vowed to beat Hillary and Bill Clinton in a related election law fraud civil suit. If the facts about Hill and Bill can be brought forward, the public consequences of Paul’s actions have the potential to derail Hillary’s 2008 presidential bid!
The liberal media is shamelessly fawning all over Hillary. They slant every poll taken on the 2008 presidential race to announce she has won before the campaigns have begun. Hillary herself rides the airwaves and print media after every state primary election to steal the news from local races. Hillary, not Arnold Schwarzenegger nor Tom McClintock nor even Phil Angelides, received national headlines after the California, June 6, primary election. Hillary, not Rick Santorum nor Lynn Swann, received national headlines after the Pennsylvania, May 16, primary election. Whenever Al Gore or John Kerry makes a statement, the liberal media check with Hillary to see if she would support their statements. Neither one of them can get a headline without a prominent quotation from Hillary.
Hillary Clinton will be sitting out the 2008 Presidential Election. If the USJF and the Hillary Clinton Accountability Project (HillCAP) continue their success in prosecuting Peter Paul’s suit against Hillary Clinton, in 2008 either she will be deeply embroiled in a law suit, or better yet, she will be fully exposed for the crimes she directed to launch and maintain her Senate career. This is what has happened and why Hillary Clinton’s 2008 presidential bid may yet be derailed.
A judge just ruled Hillary and Bill Clinton finally can be put under oath for charges to explain their role in the frauds used to obtain more than $1.2 million in contributions from Paul and then destroy his public company.
