Set a date for the withdrawl from

the war on poverty.

John Edwards has a new plan now to end poverty in 30 years (He can't give you details until after you elect him President) Given the dismal failure of the Democrats first plan I think first we need a plan for the total withdrawl of the Government from the first plan before we find ourselves over comitted and stretched to thin to maintain all the nice fat government programs already in place.
