Logic or Blind Faith

Can it be proven by the Scientific method or do we believe it because you were taught it.

The Earth is millions of years old- Can it be proven?
Man and monkeys came from the same thing- Proof?
Global warming is caused by man-Proof?
Life started from non life-Proof?
President Bush lied about Iraq. Proof?
lon's opinions stated as fact is always fact.-Proof?
Life we know today came from a single cell- Proof?
We can get new DNA from something with less DNA, in other words did dinosaurs turn into birds- Proof?
Can it be proven by the Scientific method that there was a President named Washington? We know he was because of Eyewitness account but do we have Scientific proof that he was President.
Do we believe because of blind faith, or because we do not want to believe the alternative?
