as you recall, released an accused child rapist, a Liberian immigrant, from custody and dismissed all charges against him because it was claimed that a translator could not be found.

Since then the truth has come out.

There was a translator present. The defendant spoke English. And the judge lied to cover up her actions.

Many of you took action in response and tens of thousands of e-mails and faxes flooded the offices of elected officials in Maryland--and they took notice. My staff has been talking with those officials in Maryland, and when the Maryland legislature comes into session in January, impeachment papers will be introduced on the floor of the Maryland House of Delegates.
