How much more Government
I know this is a sore subject for some, but I truly believe homosexuals have all the "rights" they need and are now starting to infringe upon "my" rights not to associate them. At what point do their rights go overboard?
Massachusetts Representative Barney Frank has introduced legislation (H.R. 3685) that would prohibit "employment discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation". Under the legislation, it would be against the law to fire, "refuse to hire", or engage in any type of discrimination against an employee based on their "actual or perceived sexual orientation". The law would apply not only to employers, but to organizations such as labor unions and employment agencies as well.
Just one example, suppose you are the owner of a religious bookstore and have an opening. You submit a newspaper ad for a new employee. A person shows up dressed and acting like the weirdos at communion in San Francisco…you do not hire them and get sued by the federal government for discrimination….I’m sorry but THAT IS WRONG!!
