Obama in the "White" House?

In this day and age of everybody complaining about everything, how long will it be until the White House is renamed the Presidential Quarters or something like that, especially with Obama being black? I heard somewhere (can't find the source at the moment) that his wife was going to refuse to stay there if it is still called the White House if Obama somehow wins.
