Aren't you concerned about section 8 - yes that's about as
good a name for it as can be had - you'd have to be NUTS to agree with this!!

This is ridiculous!!!! Why would they even propose such a thing???? I think they thought the time was right that they could not only skim the cream – but All The Freaking Liquid as well!!! What a bunch of Idiots!!
