Question for California Members: Has Credit Crisis Popped the Balloon?

Given the amount of media coverage pointing to "toxic" mortgages as the first domino in the market problems, one would think that the outlandishly high real estate prices in California and other hot markets would be taking a beating.

Hence the question for Cali members: Has the balloon popped in your area?
