AIG Partying on Taxpayers Dime
I saw a story on the news that AIG, after being bailed out with taxpayer dollars, wined and dined in luxury at some 5 star Phoenix, AZ resort for a financial planners convention. They played golf, ate the finest food, took some dips in the luxurious pool, and had a great time while the American taxpayers bailed out their company to the tune of $85B. Cost: about $440,000.
And this isn't the first time!! Real nice that our tax dollars are paying this kind of money so some tinpot executives of a failed company can go frolicking in the sun, drink $20 pina coladas by the pool, play golf, and pamper themselves in five star luxury!
WTF, Over???
If I had AIG insurance I would cancel it.
