House passes bill taxing AIG and other bonuses (READ BILL OF ATTAINDER)
For all practical intents and purposes the House has just passed a "Bill of Attainder" and very likely bordering upon violation of ex post facto Constitutional provisions.

The idiots in congress NEVER cease to amaze! Does anyone care that not only is this unconstitutional......these issues are CLEARLY and SPECIFICALLY forbidden in writing in the Constitution AND it is illegal. But hey.......who even cares or abides by that moldy old piece of parchement paper??? 
Bills of attainder are expressly forbidden by Article I, section 9, clause 3 of the United States Constitution.
No bill of attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.

There is a VERY important reason these 2 provision ARE mentioned in the VERY same sentence!
I don't want to see these clowns get the bonus as much as anyone but shreading the Constitution is NOT the right way to go about it.
And the "sheeple & lemmings" sleep on..............
WASHINGTON (AP) - Acting with lightning speed, the Democratic-led House has approved a bill to slap punishing taxes on big employee bonuses from firms bailed out by taxpayers.
The vote was 328-93.
Said House Speaker Nancy Pelosi: "We want our money back and we want our money back now for the taxpayers."
Republicans called it a legally questionable ploy to paper over Obama administration missteps.
Minority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio, said the bill was "a political circus" diverting attention from why the administration hadn't done more to block the bonuses before they were paid.
The bonuses, totaling $165 million, were paid to employees of troubled insurer American International Group, including to traders in the unit that nearly brought about the company's collapse.
