How to close Gitmo

A date needs to be set as the first move on it.
Lets say it will be closed on july 4th 2009. Good day for freedom.
Then, on say, july 1st 2009, go in and level it and every piece of trash there.
Invite the media, but make certain they know there will be no security and that no one leaves but the military and operators of the equipment.
Push it all in a pile and burn it.
This solves every possible problem with it.
