For example it is reported that Greenspan, in their 1st meeting at the Fed... says to the Brooksly Born, the new Chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission [CFTC] under Clinton.....

"Brooksley we're never going to agree on Fraud"

She says "What do you mean?"

He says "You probably think there should be rules aginst it!"

She says "Yes I do"

He says "I think the market should figure it out and take care of the fraudsters!"
