WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama declared the swine flu outbreak a national emergency and empowered his health secretary to suspend federal requirements and speed treatment for thousands of infected people.

Wow, what a leader!. Bold, confident, decisive, confident, self-assured dishonest (ohh, I wasn't supposed to include that one), confident, cocksure, and phony. Such power makes chills run up Chris Mathew's leg and makes pee dribble in the panties of all DC liberals..

The fool nobama can't make a decision or can't announce a decision on troops to Afghanistan but he can make bold decisions about a non-existent emergency.
