List of some of the biggest carbon emitters getting Fed money for "Carbon Capture"....So the cap and trade issue is a moot point, the money is already in the toll booth and we're half way down that road...

Department of Energy - Secretary Chu Announces First Awards from $1.4 Billion for Industrial Carbon Capture and Storage Projects

Just to make it clear, they are going to give millions of dollars to many companies and organizations in a race to see who can expel massive amounts of carbon in the effort to inject massive amounts of carbon into the ground....best injector gets the big prize. Total of $1.4 billion from the American Recover and Reinvestment Act is the bill.
