The next step for health care reform

Forget about Putin of Russia, the midget potbellied dictator in North Korea, the dictator in Communist China, the fat little nutcase in Venezuela, or the midget nutcase dictator in Iran, pictured above are the true enemy.

They are communist dictators bent on depriving us of our freedoms in return for promised handouts to the greedy fools who voted for them.

Look at those big wide phony evil smiles. They're thinking "we're fooling the dumb masses with this bs, can you believe it?"
