Haliburton bringing in WMDs in October?

A new Bush hater showed up here, and made this charge on another thread:

"It will not surprise me however, when sometime in the September/October timeframe that some other country will be attacked or that we suddenly find WMD's imported by Haliburton just sitting in plain sight. I am prepared for most anything this administration could pull."

Soooo. where does that leave us?
If we capture Osama, and find WMDS anytime between now and the election, Bush will be accused of planting them.

I guess they want him to sit on them until after the election perhaps?
