Death Penalty

Alright, who is for the Death Penalty and who is against it? I am personally for it. DNA or no DNA? Should DNA be required to convict and kill a person on death row, ( if applicable ) and what should be the time limit of a person sitting on death row? I believe if they are convicted, let them appeal the case, and if they loose that .............off to the gallows. No reason to let them sit around while the taxpayers foot the bill.
