Bush-Windshield Cowboy !!!!!!

Isn't that kind of how "his" government is managing the economy?
Drive by at speed while observing through the windshield!!!
Sometimes you have to slow down/get out and see/feel/touch the problem to help.
Did not his father have a slight political comment made about his style, "...all hat, no cows..." or something similar?
