Anybody have problems with insurance with a spray on bed liner?

I have heard that some insurance companies through a fit if you have a spray on bed liner installed in your pickup. I guess the worry is that if you get in an accident it will cost more money to repair your truck if it has a spray in liner. Is there any truth to this or is it just BS?
