Tire chop

Just bought a new set of Bridgestone REVO 265's E range and I'm experiencing a fairly severe chop on the front passenger side and moderate chop on the drivers side after a few thousand miles. I had the shop re-balance them .... no help

The truck has 160,000 mi
The Bilsteins I have on the front have about 90,000 mi on them
Had ball joints about 20,000 mi ago along with new bearings etc.
Trak bar has a lukes link... adjusted properly.
The last tires, "michelin's" wore evenly

Any Ideas?
