I Need a Part for 2 wheel Low Range? ?

I have a 95 5spd 4x4. Does some one know what kinda valve to use on the vacuum line. So that the front axle does not lock in 4 wheel low.
Right now I have a clamp pinching the vac line. I thought some one here in the club sold a kit for this? Don't remember who it was?
Reason for 2 wheel low is so I don't ride the clutch backing my 33' 5th wheel flat bed.
