Tough country bumpers

How is the quality of welds and fit and finish on their bumpers? Looking to buy a front end and they look like the toughest. http://www.toughcountry.com/products..._end_large.htm
I need a bumper to push machinery around and not bend. I heard Road armor is real expensive and not to strong. Any insight would be great.
