RS9000X as a steering stabilizer.

I just ordered RS 9000X's for my truck from Sam's Offroad. I was wondering if you could use a RS9000 as a steering stabilizer? I would like to have my steering a little stiffer. The 9000 would allow more control and you could adjust it. Just a thought.
