4 or 5 wheel tire rotation?

Just picked up a set of Toyo-M55's - so far they seem to be a great tire. I was wondering about rotating them. Should I buy a 5th for a spare and then do a 5 wheel rotation? (I have a spare matching chrome rim already). Another advantage would be a spare that always matched for my LS rearend. But would I likely get the additional 25% of mileage out of the tires to justify the extra cost?
