Shocks

Does anyone plow/haul/tow alot and have different than stock shocks? Mine are pretty trashed and need some advise on some real good shocks. The truck is loaded 50% of the time. It also has a add-a-leaf goin on it soon. What seems to work the best? I was thinkin maybe monroe or bilstine(sp). BTW this is for the 05' if it makes any difference.
