New reciever buzzes

I just installed a Dual XDM6830 stereo headunit in my 2003 3500. I wanted a hook up for my iPod, and the factory unit was eating CDs.

So the Dual is great except that there is a high pitched humm or buzz while using FM. Engine running or not. Crutchfield replaced the unit and the new one does it too.

Any thoughts? When I unplug the FM antenna the buzz seems to go away, but so does FM reception.
