New Blue Chip box is FANTASTIC!

I had the good fortune of hanging out with Robert Swartz and Chip Fisher of Blue Chip Diesel, while at Thunder in Muncie.
Rob hooked up one of Chip's new boxes to my truck, while it was on the dyno. Wow... 445 HP, 1252 ft. lbs. of torque......
It's not just the power levels that are great, it's the features of the box. It is highly programmable, multiple programs and settings, built in boost and EGT gauges, high EGT defueling(gradual defueling, not a fast letoff), so many tricks, I can't remember them all. It'll do everything but sit up and beg for a doggy biscuit. This is one of those things that makes you glad you have a VP44 and not one of those antiques with a sliding plate and $400 visits to the Bosch tech.
No, I didn't get to keep the box. If only I had heard of it a couple months ago, I'd probably have it in my truck right now.
Those of you looking into buying a box would do very, very well to take a long hard look at this product. I was also impressed with Chip and Rob personally, and hope I get to meet them again someday...maybe when I finally get the $$$$ to get a Blue Box of my own...
