Need 6" exhaust tip!

I've changed the look of my tailpipe too many times. All I have left is about 18" of pipe after the arch over the axle. I have a chrome tip on it now that come's out just short of the back corner near the bumper. I'm looking for a chrome tip that makes a 45 to bring it out a little closer to the rear tire. I need a 5" inlet to 6" outlet but not a tip down. I need it to be about 10-12" long after the bend. Is there a custom tip website or company that makes this. Thank's for the help!
