Help on getting a voice activated phone

OK - my hearing isn't really the way it used to be....way way to many major explosions and extensive weapon firing - with obviously no hearing protection... I even have a difficult time with my normal cell phone now they are requiring hands free in Wa next year. I've tried several and they are not for me....

Now what is available from the aftermarket for a new radio system - maybe GPS -- whatever that can be retrofitted.....
