What Tires/Wheels to Buy???

I have a 99 2500. I am currently running 295/75/16 BF Goodrich's on stock rims. The BF's are good tires-I've never had a problem with them other than its $900 every 50,000 miles. I am trying to decide on going with 255/85/16's BF MT's (for a narrower set-up) or going to 19.5's. I use the truck for farming, as a passenger vehicle, and occasional long distance towing. I am interested in the Ricksons but they are closed this week. How much does this set-up cost? Any comments on the Visions? Is mileage better with 19.5's? Thanks.
