Air horn questions

I'm just not getting anyone's attention with the puny stock horn

I've looked at posts from the archives, but I have not found the answers to these questions:

I've looked at a set of Hadley Bully's at Camping World. $250 + $87 installation.( I was unable to talk with anyone for more details)

1. Where is the best mount location? I don't go off road.

2. Are these activated with the regular steering wheel horn?

3. Are the Hadley's a good choice?

4. Is this a competitive price? If not, please provide other sources. I don't want to invest more $$ than what I've shown.
