Finally a rear storage bumper!!

After ranting for years about the lack of rear bumpers with storage lockers built in - searching fire/rescue sites, etc I came across the review of Sportsmobile ford van and - you guessed it- the Trojan locker bumper. Anyone familiar with these vehicles/bumpers. Could one be mounted to our frame rails IF the bumper were available separately?? (I've emailed the company awaiting response)
