2006 OEM DVD Installation

This is a factory DVD player out of a 2006 Dodge Ram MegaCab. I've got a picture of the wiring diagram on the back. I have tried hooking up 12v and ground and it will accept and eject a dvd but there is no picture. Anything I'm missing or should be doing?
