INSITE Pro Software

Is it possible to buy a copy of the INSITE Pro software from Cummins? You can download the POWERSpec Software from Cummins, but all it will change is a few parameters in the ECM. such as idle speed, max road speed, cruise control, etc.

Anyone have any ideas?
