Oil EZ Drain Plug from Geno's

Has anyone used the replacement oil plug from Geno's "EZ Drain Plug?" I have a few questions:

1) Does it allow all the oil to drain out?

2) Does it seal in a fail safe way?

It sure would be nice to eliminate some of the mess.
