CB's and entennas

I now there are alot of you guys running with CB's in your trucks. So I have a couple of questions for y'all.

1. I'm wanting to put a CB in my truck and was wanting to know were is the best place to buy one and get entennas for them. I was wanting to go with a compact model with about 2 3 foot fiberglass entennas off of the tool box in the bed.

2. Can I mount the CB in the hole in the dash ubove the shifter and can I run the cable for the entennas down threw the shifter boot.

Any advice or pictures of your installs would help tramendously, I don't want to screw this one up.
