A few quick Quick Check II Questions.

I am on the verge of purchasing Quick Check II, but still have a few questions.

1. Has anyone been able to download the .pdf manual from the Cummins site? This is the link, but I have never been able to get it to work, and I would really like to read the manual before committing myself.

2. I see from the web page it will report fuel rate, but will it report fuel pressure? What I am getting at is can it be used to monitor the infamous lift pump?

3. Any tips on the best price/ place to purchase?
